i have torque box reinforcements on order, also plan to adjust my mega bite's to the higher traction setting and do a lot of welding of the seems and i figured while i was under there id swap out the bushings in the axle for the upper control arms. they are the only bushings in my suspension that are still rubber. my question is, how the hell do you get them out? ive heard you can use a drill and drill lots of holes in the rubber till you can just smack it out with a hammer but how do i put the new ones in then. i have new ones in my room (i step on them almost every night when its dark[:@]). is there a write up some where i can look at?

i use my air chisle and press them back in

not to fun with normal hand tools


just remove them and take parts to shop and have them remove and install
they shouldnt charge that much for doing for ya
