computer chip?
who would i go to, to get a custom chip made for my car? do you get them from local places or is there a place on the internet that i can tell them what im running and they can make it and send it to me? not really sure how that works

I think you're best bet is to find a dyno shop that can custom burn a chip for you right on the spot while your car's on the dyno.
Normally what they do is do one pull to see where your car is at, then burn a chip with the necessary changes. Then with the new chip installed, they'll do another pull to see if they're going in the right direction. Then they may make a few more changes on the chip to fine tune the settings, and usually on the 3rd pull, they've got it pretty good.
Around here (northeast), this would cost about $350 to $400 for the chip and 3 pulls on the dyno.

Right now, I'm not sure if that would be your best bet. But, if your set on getting a custom chip, pcmforless.com gave me a great deal and runs awsome. You tell them your mods and they burn you a chip.
