Default ct emissions

Just got my emissions done and I friggin failed. My co was .06 above the .32 which is ct limit. I got a 302 e303 cam windsor heads edelbrock 4 barrel carb and performer intake, flowmaster3 chambers. I was told to change my plugs and get a new filter. what should I look at. this was done at 1996 rpm's. will adjusting the float on the carb work?

Default RE: ct emissions

what is your ignition timing set at, retard your timing that should help with the sniffer portion of the test.

douse eddlebrock even make a smog legal carb??? as i know it only holley makes replacment carbs for 5.0s

so im geusing all the parts have a carb number and the only problem was the "sniffer" portion of the test.

plugs, retard timing...pray.
