yep...its a 65..gonna get it painted midnight blue with white racing stripes...gonna get a 302 put in it(currently an inline 6)
plannen on some nice rims....kinda like the cobra's..its gonna be a beauty

Even if its still a 6...get some nice wheels for it. I hate stock hubcaps man. But then again....who doesnt?

Forget the 302 and go ahead with a 351W, doesnt cost anymore really and MUCH better engine

I wouldnt do Cobra's on a car like that. Just go with a nice simple set of Cragers or something....... IMO it will look alot better. Those wheels go with classic muscle cars ya know.

Nice ride man.. i use to have a 66 coupe with a 289... and as far as putting a 5.0 in it.. i really like the idea. i got a buiddy who has a 67 coupe with an inline 6 that i keep trying to talk into putting a 5.0 HO in it.. i just think it would be awsome to pop the hod on and old mustang and see a nice newer 5.0 in it... and as far as the rims i think the cobra r's would look good on it.. but.. i would maybe think of checking out some 17" torq thrust d's.. would look bad a$$ IMO.

WOW nice lookin car. I had the chance to get a 64 1/2 from one of my old bosses for 3500 but I didn't and now I am regretting it. I hope you like it, those car are lots of fun.
