Default best top end kit?

Hopefully here in a while ill be selling my fourwheeler and getting about 3 grand, so what do you think i should spend it on?

I was also thinking about afr heads, a comp cam, and edelbroke rpm performer intake, but it cost so much compared to the trick flow kit and ive heard nothing but good about trick flow top end kit. So im going to say go with trick flow

with you having an 86. Your going to need to notch the pistons to run a set of heads with larger valves.

The supercharger is your best bet.

yea i figured id have to notch the pistons.... ive got a friend that can do that for me. i was gonna go H/C/I cus i dont want to go FI until i get a 351 block.

What you SHOULD do is go with a set of TW's, custom grind and a track heat or Edelbrock manifold.

idk...... if im gonna mix and match so much im gonna go with AFR's custom ground and a track heat.... forgot about the TH. i love afr's for some reason. ive never heard a bad thing about them.

im on the same page as you. Im thinkin AFR heads, custom ground cam, and like an RPM intake. Then if u want more u could always just squirt a 100 shot and call it a day

youll get the most power outta the supercharger. And since your waiting on a 351 block i would just do the H/C/I then...

8 psi blower wont make as much power. a good top end will pick up 125-150 hp, the blower is lucky to se 75 hp on his engine.
