Backfire, what is wrong?
Well i had to tow my car to the exhuast shop, Well got the exhuast put on and it is still poping. It starts fine and idles fine it just will not stop poping out of the right side, It is like the plug wires are crossed or somthing is worng, it never did it untill i put the wires and the plugs in. One friend thinks it is the ignition switch in the car. what could it be. ???????????

double check you have all the wires going to the right place.
might have bad wire ( can happen on new every now and then too )
distributor cap and rotor might be worn.
plug not gapped right.
could be ton of things.............

Well if it didnt do it before the wires, then thats your most likely culprite. You probably got one of them crossed, ie, put the wrong wires on the wrong cylidner.
If its the type you have to make yourself. Thats most likely it to, those types usually cause misses, studders, etc. Make sure there is no moisture under the dizzy cap, all that kinda stuff. Its obviously ignition related. Try and switch wires around and see if that helps any.
Oh and this is very critical....the best thing to do to fix a missfire or whatever, is to figure out what cylinder its happening at. So what i always do and it helps me a ton, is i crank my car and let it run for about 15-20seconds, give it some gas, and cut it off. Then i go around and lightly touch the exhaust tubes coming off of every cylinder and find the coolest ones and usually thats where your miss is. But when you do this, you want to try to make it missfire, so try to replicate the conditions in which is miss's or whatever so those tubes will be cooler than the others.

I had this exact same problem when i put my exhaust on. turned out to be a cracked spark plug. was popping out of the left side only. another time i replaced the plugs it was popping again out of the right side only, i got #3 & #4 wires criss crossed. idled perfectly fine but popped under load.
