RE: who's carpet to buy
"thick rubber lining between the carpet and the jute backing. This feature creates carpet that is heavier, molded better, and more sound resistant to keep out road noise and exhaust or keep sound in for stereo systems and a quieter ride." STRAIGHT FROM 50RESTO.COM
OR you can just go with the regular carpet.
The regular carpet from them is only $110 and its all factory colors. I would buy from them instead of another company.

Its really up to you. I baught the mass back but havent installed it yet so I cannot comment on the quality but to tell you the trust, if I had to do it all over again I probably wouldnt have. But if you plan/ or have a loud exhaust and want to tone down the interior noise level a little bit than it might be worth it. I mean, its not going to make your car silent but it will help a little bit.

Yea, Im sure it might make things a little more difficult. Like I said before, I have had mine for quite some time now but just never installed it. I layed it out in my garage though and it looked good. The molding was pretty much perfect too. You just have to cut some holes. Im sure with the mass back in there it might make it a little tougher but not much.

I bought some from 5.0 resto without the mass back. The carpet weighs about 1/2 what the oe stuff does. Its a little thinner also. Its a pain cutting the holes (granted I was using a apir of craft sissors). Our was molded fairly decently but it has a lot of rinkles in it. I dont know if they will level out over time or not.
