Default gain from E7 heads?

I have an 86 302, The heads on this motor suck. I decided to port out a set of newer stock heads, put 190, 160 valves in it and the big trick flow spring kit, up to 600 lift. These heads are really for another motor but i am thinking about putting them on my current one for the next month. Anybody have any guesses as to what gains i might see from them?

You going to port the things and make them flow better or just grind them out for a bigger valve? IIRC the stock heads still suck on the newer 5.0.

And I'm fairly ignorant still on this whole pushrod thing but the newer motors are rollers, will the new heads bolt up and use the existing pushrods or will you have to make other changes?
