Like someone else said, through a couple turbos on it, and you might make it one pass before it splits (if that).
Buy a Dart block and then turbos. A 351 stroker would be a bit more feasible than a 302, for 800 hp. 460 would be even better.

not gonna happen any way you cut it dude. Sorry.
Get a sportsman 351W block and stroke it to a 418 and forge everything then with some Robert Yates heads or some Blue THunders with a .700lift cam and spin it to about 8,000rpm and then spray a 150shot on it and your there. lol.
Or throw a turbo on it with about 30ish psi and forget the nitrous and your there, or probably alot past it.
Either way....set aside about $45,000 for the motor alone, then have fun finding a drivetrain and beefing the chassis up so it doesnt twist like a Twizzler off the line with that much power.

no im pretty sure that the only two people that would even be interested in racing me that are my friends have a del sol and a non srt-4 neon so believe me im not worried about either of them i just want some real power... so next time you make an assumption about me just remember you dont know me and your most likely wrong

well the messing with me is fine i can handle that i was just in a bad mood i got ****ed over on my transmission and i have to get another one built and pay for it after the first one went out

Your looking for a 4 bolt Cleveland motor, with the Cobra Jet 351 and Boss 351C, arnt you.
Ive got the Cobra Jet 351, the four bolt Cleveland blocks dont make a difference in strength vs the two bolt blocks.
Even then, to make like 800hp, id partially fill the block with block fill to make it stable at those hp levels. But the Clevland blocks are a bit stonger than even the 351W blocks.

i dont really want to put a big block in it yet, and this car is kind of like my expieriment because ive never built a car before and if i do this then ill know what to do with my 88 GT (like what parts worked good what gave me the most bang for the buck ect...)
