My clutch is so stiff I actually get tired of pushing. Im looking at the bbk adjustable cable and quadrant kit will I have an easier time with it overall. I dont even know what kind of clutch it has. what should I do.

The cable would be a great place to start. If that doesn't fix it I would check the front bearing retainer on the transmission. If it's aluminum, replace it, it could be galding and the throw out bearing would have trouble sliding back and forth on it. The clutch fork and pivot ball would be something else to check. If all is ok I would replace the pressure plate.

You probably have a racing clutch rated like 10 times what you need in your car... [:-]
