Default I'm changin my valve covers

I've got bad leaks on my valve covers so I decided that I might as well get some new ones if I'm gonna fix it anyway. Got some from Ford Racing with their logo on it. Anyways, I can tell it isn't going to be easy to change them. and it's probably going to be an all day job. So can anyone help me out as to tell me what major problems I'm going to run into and how to get past them? I'd appreciate it. are there any bolts under the plenum? I can tell I'm gonna have to move some of my throttle stuff too. and can't just pull up on the valve covers, I'm gonna have to move them around a lot to get them out. Any advice/ help would be greatly appreciated.
