Default D.S.S Sucks

I bought a 331 stroker motor from D.S.S and the thing spun every bearing after 400 miles. And they wont warranty it for me. He is blaming it on either my Clutch my centerforce dual friction clutch or my Tremec TKO transmission. So all i have to say is do not buy anything from D.S.S because all you will be getting is a headache.

I have a DSS 331 and I didn't spin any bearings but after 20,000 miles my thrust bearing was so worn that the flywheel was walking in the engine and rubbing on the plate that goes between the bellhousing and the block. When I called and asked what was the deal, I was told the oil was the problem and I need new bearings and to start running 15-40 diesel oil.

I think that some of you guy's need to take the time and the expense to learn how to build your own shortblocks......
Cost can be a lot but then if you build your own stuff you have no one to blame but yourself when things go badd.
I learned this lesson 30+ years ago......
