nail polish remover FTW thats what I use when i paint models and get it on my hands, and it takes little bugs off the front easier. OR try GOO GONE that is good stuff also

I would try paint thinner or something just to get the top coat of white off. Im sure that would work... but I dont want to tell you something and have you try it and come out looking like sh*t so its just an option lol
