if you want to run 89 than bump it to 13 and than see if it pings... if it doesnt raise it one more... whenever it starts to ping bring it down a degree. Same thing with 93.
I was running 13-14 on 87 and had no problems but decided to go with 89 to be on the safe side.

yes.... just dont be like oo ok it pings Im gonna go romp around for a few days lol
If it starts to ping turn it down a degree or two if you want to be really safe.

Well, put it this way. I dont have a distributer wrech and I got mine off with a regular old wrench. You only have minimal movement but you should be able to break it free.
