Remove all the headlights, drill out rivits, remove 2 bolts on top (you might hnot have to see if they are attached to the bumper or the header panel, I cant remember), remove the 4 bolts on the bottom, and remove the two screws on the top over by the fenders. Then remove a pile of bolts connecting the fenders to the bumper. After that It should come out. Thats for an LX bumper a GT might have a few more around the fogs.

After I got into a fender bender with the vert, the sawzall worked really well for removing it.

LoL Yea the sawzall is a great tool... not sure about for cars though. Last time I used one on my car I ended up needing a new fan, fan schroud and radiator [&:]

just be sure your fenders are for your car. I forget what year it was but they made the wheel wells bigger and the fender molding ahead of the front wheels wont line up with the bumper cover molding. I had to sawzall fit my molding panels to the front so it would line up. Then again, i have a 1988 fender, 1993 lx fender, an lx 92 front bumper cover all on an 87 gt. Actually it lines up perfect im pretty good with a sawzall. ***Its ALWAYS easier to remove the bumper and fenders as a unit the same goes for installing. The fit will be better and you'll have a much easier time with the bolts. Get a couple buddies to support the fenders while you carry the bumper.

The fenders opening is wider in 90 or 91 to compensate for the pony wheel.
