wat It Do my friends...., i have a question so if u know the answer please feel free 2 help out..!! i recently , or 2 months ago had my tranny (AOD) rebuilt with a 2200-2400 stall on it..., but....., thing iz is that i expected a change in the way my tranny would work but 2 my surprise it ran just like stock,,....??? What the F%@K?? i had heard different frm other people on how it would work.! one person told me that if i had an aftermarket torque converter with a higher stall,....all i would have 2 do was break torque it and it would rev without moving til i would pass the stall then it would hook n go but thats not my case..! how do i know or feel the difference..?

You need more power (h/c/i swap) to make that 2400 stall useful. I've got a custom 3000 rpm stall but I can only get a 2000-2300 brake stall out of it, but my flash stall is like 3500 rpm, it's pretty sick. I need more power and it doesn't help that I'm at like 5900 ft. elevation.

any stall below 2800 is worthless. even with a ton of power your converter will still feel stock. i had a 2200rpm stall with 400rwhp and it felt (and performed) like stock. running a 3200stall from edge and its amazing.
