remove the quad shocks and brackets... and a little bit of hammering. the wheels i bought had the wrong offset, so they sat in a little too far, but i'll be buying 99-04 31 spline axles, which will move them out a little further. There is a small pinch weld that hangs down in the back and around a sharp turn i would hear the tire rub on the inside, but only when i'd hit a bump while turning (im lowered a little bit too) but i just bent the weld back a little and its been fine since... no need to hammer the wells at all.. just 5-6" of pinch weld

Why does anyone need tires that big? Unless you're pushin' a stink load of hp, all that extra rotational inertia will decrease your acceleration, increase your braking distance and worsen your ride quality. IMO I'd use my $ to get more HP that'll actually make my ride quicker.

thanks adder that was a huge help!

and actualy they were 10 bucks cheaper than 17x9s all around.

and i think it will hardly effect my acceleration, and how in the heck would it have any effect on my braking? but i normaly agree about more money for HP and not appearance, but in this case i had to because i NEED new tires, and i got a good deal on the package i think.

Are those deep dish Cobra R's?

I've only seen pictures of them from websites that sell wheels and thought they were ugly. Now that i've actually seen them on a car they look good.
