Push in clutch, take out of gear, rev motor, push clutch, put into gear. Its not needed with modern trannys. Just push the clutch, release from gear and put into gear then get off clutch.

you dont even have to rev the motor... its just letting the clutch out and back in between gear shifts, pointless.

I had to do it when my trannys was going out. It was good when there were no syncro's in tranny's but like said above its pointless in modern trannys with syncro's
