Agree'd, its like everything else on an engine, figure out what you want the engine to do and pic the best parts to match the purpose.

i was gonna go with the GT 40X turbo swirl heads and either a B or E cam. Supercharger later on down the road. Ive been told that the GT 40 intake is the best, and this setup is the best. Anyone disagree with this? I guess my question should be is the best H/C/I setup?

I have the GT-40X heads on a 308 with an original port/polished cobra intake and B303 cam. Easy swap (12 hours) and she flies.
I went with the 64cc GT-40X over the AFR's for the low compression since I plan on a charger, easiest to install and a more reasonable price tag.

A cobra intake is great for a supercharger, lots of people run them with a supercharger and make awesome power with it.
