Hey guys i was just wondering.. do any of you guys have 6.5" speakers in your front door panels, or 6"x8" in the back. because crutchfield says they'll fit but i currently have 5x7 in back and 5.25" up front. Thanks guys

6.5's in doors mtx...5x7's in back eclipse..6x8's should fit...3 1/2's in dash boston.

6.5" Sony's in the door. 6"x9" boxed Cerwin Vegas 4-way's because they sound so much better than they do in the stock location. And you have to use special brackets to mount them in there, but its not worth it. They wouldn't sound good unless you box them.

Picked mine up at Best Buy. They fit perfect

^^ LoL Good One! This is a nice thread... I wanted to buy speakers this weekend but I didnt know what size. So basically...

Doors - 6.5'
Rear - 6 X 8's
Dash - 3.5'

5x7's and 6x8's are the same, either one will work.3.5'in dash,you can use 6 1/2's for the doors but cerain models are too deep and hit the window.You can get "slim mount" 6.5's. 5 1/4's will work too but sometimes you have to make a plate out of wood to fill the extra space.

oh somebody made a comment that you have to stroke a 302 to be able to run with the big boys...so i threw that out there.
