You could take a stethescope with the car running and listen to each injector to see if the pintle is opening and closing. A good thing to do in this situation is to listen for the one that doesn't sound like all the others.

The pressure will drop but it should take several hours. Every time you start your car does it have a miss? If an injector is leaking I would think that cylinder would be flooded and it would possibly miss for a few seconds. Do you have a gauge on your fuel pressure? If you do find a way to crimp off the feed line. Pressurize the system first then crimp off the feed line, if the pressure stays it could be the check valve in the pump or the regulator. If it did leak down you have an injector leaking. If not, pressurize it again and this time crimp off the return line, if it stays it's the regulator if it doesn't it's the fuel pump.
