On most 351W blocks .030 is really about the overbore limit.
To put a 351W in the Fox is easy enough but it's sort of expensive when done right.
You need, spaecial oil pan, headers, probably a hood......
IMHO, a carb set-up is the way to go and I also think that if you are going to all the trouble of it, you should use a roller block from an F-150 truck anyway, think they stared about '95......

different, kind like comparing apples and oranges.
351W is more mod friendly and will install pretty easy in our mustangs.
a 393 stoker running about 10psi of boost would be very street friendly and reliable
and make INSANE power, figure little over 500rwhp if set-up properly.
