I can hear the window motors moving on my 95 mustang gt convertabile but there not moving anywhere , i dont think its the motors cause u can hear them working. Any help would be appreciated cuz having windows that dont work and a ac thats broke doesnt mix in texas

The little bushings in the motors are shot. You can get the bushions from 5.0 resto or a local atuo parts store. They're is 3 per motor. Not sure abou the rear ones if they have motors or not (dont know much about verts).

Is it easy for a first timer to do or should i just pay someone to do it?

It's easy for a first timer to do. The first week after I bought my car, my passenger side window started doing the same thing. I pulled the motor out, which is relatively easy, and saw that the drive gear assembly...specifically, the three plastic lobes that mate with the motor...had shattered. I forget how much they were, but I got mine (the drive gear assembly) from the dealer for relatively cheap. Good luck.
