Default Idle Issue?

So today my car stalled while backing out of the parking lot, not a big deal started right back up but it was when I turned the wheel and the power steering engaged. I think that it idles a little low to begin with when I start it up(cold) it jumps to like 1100 and then eventually after about 10 sec drops to like 800-750. When I do things like turn on the ac in nutral and the compressor engages the rpm drop to almost 400 and then it hops back up, same deal with the power steering.

Vacumm Leak? Sensor Problem? Timing Issue?

Fuel pressure is normal, but the timing does need to be set since I havent set it with a gun since I pulled the dizzy a few weeks back...

Any Qs? Not a huge problem as it just makes it run a little rough in N, pulls just fine ...

im not to concerned about the idleing, just the part where I turn the wheel or turn on the air and it almost stalls everytime a compressor or power steering unit turns on, almost like the car isnt anticipating the power loss and giving gas to counter it...

You have a wire that tells your ecm that it need to bump the idle up to accomodate a/c request and power steering load you have a broken wire or bad p/s switch it is located on a pressure line from your p/s pump I believe that signal goes through your p/s pressure switch try changing that. What is your tps voltage at closed throttle? You condition is abnormal and you havfe a prob dont let these guys tell you its normal.
