i check the tire pressure regularly. ive gotten the car aligned recently, the rear does not keep moving up and down after i hit a bump or manually push down on it. thats the thing that im puzzled with, it does not seem the shocks are going out but the inside tire wear is getting really bad.

Do you have stock springs? Maybe time for some new bushings and a pinion snubber.
