Default Stock production motor with TRW pistons?

I bought a 302 out of a 90 mustang I believe that came with TRW forged pistons. I am putting in new rings/bearings, ARP rod bolts and a stud girdle. Will these motors handle a 200 shot? Or should I cap it at 150? Also throwing in a Z303 cam and my Windsor Jr. heads and what not. Just curious.

When I bought my rotating assembly from DSS they told me that I could spray alot more than 200, the hold up was the block. They suggested I stay below 6500 rpm and keep the spray 150 or less. I would shy away from the 200 hit, besides 150 is a real kick in the pants anyway! I had a 150 hit on my stock engine and I ran 8.00 at 88 mph in the eighth.

I've had a 150 shot on both my previous two camaro's. I know these blocks suck that's probably the one thing I was most worried about. I will probably try and go with the 150 shot. I'm not going to spin it past 6500 so I should be fine there.
