^^^ Good Job!

People are telling me that with the Novi 1000 (what Im saving up for)... I can install a vortech renegade 8' crank pulley and a powerpipe and get around 9-10 psi.

That is sweet and good to know.

I'm not sure I've heard of changing the blower pulley for more boost, and always heave heard people talk about a smaller crank pulley/

Yea, I think the stocker is like 3.5' pulley. You can go to a 3' or a 2.75. FullAuto told me that with a Novi 1000, 2.75' pulley, 8' crank pulley and power pipe I could be in the 14-15psi range. I couldnt do that though because I have hyper pistons and thats taking it way to far lol. I will hold off at about 11.

I'm with you and my engine could no way handle that amount of boost.

So do you go crank or blower? I'd assume a 3" crank pulley wouldn'y be too extreme.

Thats why I dont understand why people spend all this money on s trims and novi 2000's n sh*t when you can get the same amount of boost for like 2K.

Yea, a Novi 1000 is fine for anything under like 12-14psi. Theyre really good superchargers

^^ Thats what I hear. I heard that they are pretty much the same thing as a Vortech but a Vortech is only a 6 rib and a renegade 8' pulley is a 8 rib and you vill void the warranty with a vortech. Plus the novi's are alot quiter

actually I have seen them go for $1,600 but the average place is $1,700.

$1,700 for Blower
$250 for power pipe
$200 for vortech 8' renegade crank pulley
--------------

$2,150 dollars for 9-10 psi..... HOW CAN YOU BEAT THAT?!?
