Just purchased a UPR bluethunder shifter and I’m having problems. After installation it is hard to fully select gears and reverse does not work, period. Anybody have experience with these shifters? I tried adjusting the bolts that limit the shifters travel, but still doesn’t work right. It does say T-5/T-45 on the shifter. Any information will help. Thanks.

And your sure you ordered the right shifter, and that the stops are not set too close. You should NOT be able to touch the stops shifting under normal conditions.

it doesn't touch the stop bolts at all.

it should work, just go back an double check everythig to make sure you didint make a mslal mistake that you didint notice

check to make sure it's the right shifter...does it sit flat on the trans no gap between the shifter and trans?
