So, My alternator recently went out on my Mustang. I had it refurbished at a local shop, they fixed it and tested it and all tests came back that it was working fine. So i reinstall the alternator on my ca. It still was acting like the alternator wasnt doing its job. So i thought maybe the battery was still just drained. So i charge up the battery and stillnothing i turn the car on and the battery meter just gradually goes down. Any ideas on what esle this could be having issues with. I checked all my connections twice, they are all good. SO any ideas, or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

I dont have a multi meter to test it, but as far as i know

Those are the things that will f**k you, you need to know for sure. Don't assume anything. If the alt shop tested it and it's good, well something is either wrong with their test or your car.

True, I guess i will have to go buy one and see, other than that any ideas?

could be something as small as a loose or bad alternator connection on the output, just gotta get in there and hope the problem is obvious when u come across it

if that and the ground is good or the wire going back to the negative, then couldnt tell ya
