Default head upgrade

I am looking into getting a new set of heads for my car. Right now I am running Trick Flow Twisted Wedge heads with the 1.94 valves. But, with my 347 I feel they are way to constrictive and robbing my of a lot of power. But, I am also running 11.5:1 compression with the Trick Flows, which are 60cc chambers. So, I would like to find something affordable with more flow and bigger valves and chambers. Any insight will help.

well that compression is way high for street use going to a 64cc or 70cc and on a 347 reliabilty will be compremised.....if you want a racing head than the afr 205 is your head it has a 2.08 valve

trick flow heads are good heads. you should just get them ported and polished.

afr is the only head made period. they make unreal power and do what they say they do, just call them, tell them your set up and they will do the rest.

vfast, what do you mean by reliability will be compremised. I was looking into the world products/ roush windsor sr. heads. do you know anything about them or how good they are? i want to keep my car streetable and the afr 205 is a race head so i dont know if i would go with that. plus the afr's only have 58cc chambers which would through ym compression up higher which i dont want. i need to bring it down or keep it the same.

like someone said get your heads ported also t/w come with 2.02 intakes.a ported t/w can flow 300 + cfm on the intake and 220+ on the exaust that kind of cfm could get you in the low ten maybe even faster there is a formula for air flow for hp some where.I dont think that the heads are holding you back that much IMO.I dont take any thing away form the AFR but a ported T/W will make big HP. any way a out of the box CNC ported AFR dont flow that much better then a out the box non ported TFS T/W
