Wow i'm at 15 degrees with 85 octane and no pinging at all. Maybe altitude has some effect on it.

So should I bump it up from 10* to 13* ??
I think I'm gonna do it with my buddy Luke who probably knows a little more than me what he's doing

I had mine at 14, and it pinged w/93 in it. So I backed off to 13. I'm guessing the timing marks on the balancer aren't very accurate. Everyone seems to have different results.

I have heard 3-4 hp per degree of timing............I would probably say closer to three.

Mines at 16* and I run 93 and no pinging............

u have to set the timing with the spout connector disconnected or else it would run badass for 3 minutes then go back to normal
