Yeah, it feels like kind of the same thing as the empty tank, except its not, just filled the tank and same thing.

I had the exact same problem you described.

Clean your mass airflow wire off. K&N oil can build up on them after a while.
I took mine out a while back and sprayed it off with electronics cleaner.

I also changed my plugs from Bosch Platinum to Autolite coppers and that may have solved my idle issue too.
The Bosch plugs ran awful in my 5.0.

My car has idled perfect ever since I did this.
