"It runs fine, starts quick also idles fine doesn't die when stopping either just this really noticable delay"

i dunno maybe its not the TPS...maybe your dad is wrong, if its not too bad i wouldnt worry about it. Maybe you can try buying that Throttle responser enhancer that that guy posted above.

hmm as far as i know the Tps hasn't ever been adjusted the only thing i have noticed is that if you rev it, she does idle really high for about a min afterwards then drops back down to normal. but i do agree my dad could be wrong since this was the first Efi mustang he has driven, but he has driven V8 efi's before. I tend to listen too him if he thinks something is odd lol but hey that's what dads are for huh lol
He's worked with carb cars mostly though so i thought i would come here for advice

wow you got some probs. hmmm a feathery Idle...do you get really bad gas mileage? If so it could be that ur comp is staying in "startup mode". usually your car will stay in warm up mode untill it hits a certain temp, I would just check everything you can and if you cant figure it out go to a shop and have your computer codes read so they can single out your problem.

That Guy!! That Guy!!! I'm offended ....I sorry just stop yelling at me

gas mileage is about 15-20 depending, I'll just check the tps and hope that is what this is. again i just think it was dads inexperience with the car that caused this i just wanted some opinions from you all

Ha ha it's ok.

Yeah the coolant temp needs to be 178 degrees to achieve closed loop.
Rarely does your CPU ever fail for that issue

Possibly. The mass air can cause that as well. Has the timing been checked as well?
