i think it's a steal but i wanted to make sure

1990 mustang,blue,220k[:'(],asking $1300 (i have a 1969 302 in my barn that i can swap into it)

i'm gunna check if it's a 5.0 and good condition..just wanted t ohear your thoughts

220K is kinda high for a 5.0. I bet all the bushings need replaced, shocks, tie rods, ball joints, etc. Everything a 18-20yr old car needs. But do a partial resto on it and start the mod fest. Id be willing to bet he'd take $1000 for it. Try it. Tell him since the engine is going to need rebuilt in it, you were wondering if he'd take $1000.

Yea, id use the 69 engine to.

I got a chance to buy a 89' Four banger 5 speed with T-tops, runs good. Im thinking of buying it, they only want $800 for it.
