Ask the seller if you can see the title .It should tell you how many ownerit has had and possibly if odometer is accurate

the seat/pedal thing wont work...cuz he could have replaced them...bought new ones......who knows..if it makes u that worried about the mileage...then have it rebuilt and all .....
