how do i convert my 4banger to a 5.0

i just recently bought a 4banger coupe and would like to convert it to a 5.0. This will be my first conversion so i need to know what all is needed to make it a complete conversion.

I did this with my car. YOu'll need the fuel lines as well unless you spend the money for something custom. I got mine new from the dealer.

if i were you, i would just find a complete 5.0 parts car. Thats your best bet. Hell, swap all the 4 banger stuff into the 5.0 parts car and resell it, make your money back.

Nah, dont sell it, keep it and do the swap...cant beat having 4 banger insurance with a V8 car...

dont forget the rear end either you'll have to upgrade to a stock 8.8 or go bigger with a 9 inch but it might just be cheaper for you to go buy a 5.0 and build it up

thats an excellent point! never thought about the whole insurance thing! did that on a non turbo laser one time. had it down as a 1.8 sohc but had the 4g63t motor in it
