Default Broken seat

Hey guys...

The back of my drivers seat seems as though it's broke on one side (right side when sitting in it). I've seen other seats the same way, so wonder if this might be a common problem. Is it?
My seat seems broke in that the right side is further back than the left side. Like someone leaned back real hard to get something out of his pocket, and broke the upright. Is this sort of easy to fix?

look under your car to seee if the floor board is cracked,,by the mounting bolt common problem,,only fix is to weld it and get sub frame connectors with the brace built in to the connector also seen the seat backs warp,,,it does happen when you go to get your wallet out..mine the floorboard cracked, making seat unlevel..

Well, I know the floorboard is good. The part you sit on is fine also. It's the back that's crooked.
