if you have a cold air intake the maf has to be tuned to that, also if you have a 94-95 5.0 youll most likley need to have your comp reprogrammed and tuned!

Yes, they are too large for what you are currently doing. I went from 19's, to 30's, to 42's with each set of upgrades.

As an alternative...
A custom dyno tune or personal tuning device would let you run the larger injectors without a new MAF.
If planning on making more changes in the future a personal tuner may be the way to go.

42's may be overkill.
Some folks have had control issues with 42's at idle, even with a tuner.
