dont know if to much fuel or not enough spark

whens the last time you gave her a real good tuneup:

-seafoam the motor
-plugs/wires/rotor/contacts
-fluids flushed and refilled
-IAC/TB/MAF cleaned
-TPS voltage adjusted
-O2 sensors cleaned
-adjust timing to 10-14*

depending on the setup/mileage/frequency of maintanence these maybe some things to consider doing!

its a stock cam , its bone stock except for the oversided pistons i know its not mass air im looking to convert to mass air

ok, is there a kink in the vaccum line to the MAP sensor on the firewall? what is the gap on the plugs?
