How do you adjust idle speed on EFI?

RE: How do you adjust idle speed on EFI?
It's all in pretty good condition and clean. I saw no buildup on the MAF and scrubbed out the TB. Checked it last week when I pulled my upper manifold off to plug a vac hose back in.
Timing's already advanced, also, I don't know where that idea came in that it wasn't .
How do I check the TPS voltage, do I have to pierce through a wire? Which wire and with what do you guys recommend doing it with?
Do I have to pull the TB off again? And where is this screw everyone keeps talking about lol?

I check voltage across the green wire(+) and the engine as a ground. I poked a hole in the wire and just used that.
For the idle screw, stand on the passenger side, look under the throttlebody, it is on the bottom and the screw head faces the firewall. You will need flat head screwdriver. You don't have to take off the t/b to do this.
