for a true transmission flush and fill you'd need to drop the tranny from the car, your only going to be changing 3-4 quarts out of the pan, not the full 13 qts, but ut still will help. And filling it threw the shifter base is the easiest way to do so.

Did 7up have it backwards? Will pop-ing the drain plugs get all of the trans fluid out?
We've all been there before. T-5's do not have a filter. Just drain and refill.
