because, as I had previously mentioned, it was just started up, the motor was dead cold, after I drove it around, the popping went away. I think that they look alright when they stick out a little bit. I think that you're seeing an optical illusion lol, they stick out like 1 1/2 inches.

good stuff, bet your pretty excited to drive around with REAL mufflers on there and not those crappy cherry bombs, i hate those. My bro had some on his maverick, just didnt do it for me. Course he liked em.[:'(]

After hearing some chambered mufflers on my car, I won't go with anything else again, they sound great and I love them. I am really excited to drive around with a nice FULL exhaust lol.

The catback will pop a little bit at high rpm's when its cold but once it warms up it will go away... and it seems like as the exhaust drives for a few hundred miles it goes away also. For some reason thats how it worked with my SLP's. WHen I FIRST started it up I honestly didnt like it that much because of the cracking/popping sounds but it went away within the first week and after it warmed up there is NO cracking or anything and it sounds GREAT!

Also, yes i think the camera is playing tricks on our eyes bc it looks like its comming out like 2 feet lol.. you might have to adjust the exhaust a little bit.

I have adjusted it and measured everything so it's right, the tips stick out 1 1/2 inches and they hang from the bumper about 1 inch. Do you guys think that the sound will change in like a week or so with these muffs?

Most people say that the catback will break in... but my SLP's were just resonators so there really wasnt anything TO break in ya know but it did seem like it changed a little bit... especially with the popping for some reason. It could be just me thoug [&:]
