how hard is it to take a aod tranny to a T-5

Build the AOD imo, they can be set up to do some hella times at the track. Better consistency too.

my motor will rape a t5 ..i have a beefed up aod,,hold more hp and is better at times...get a manual valve body andshift like a stick or auto..
