Get an accufab, they're not THAT much more than a BBK (once you factor in purchasing a new spacer too) and i've never heard anything bad about them... but then again, i'm a brandwhore too [8D]
What have you heard bad about BBK?

Many guys (including myself) have reported a "whistling" sound at idle.

I have heard rumors that BBK has since fixed the issue on new TB's, but can't confirm that.

That is the only thing I know of that is bad about the BBK, and really, it isn't that big of a deal.

I have a pro products, it's been fine. And its one of the only ones out there that comes w/ and adjustable tps plate. A very helpful feature.

I don't see how there is any advantage to having an adjustable tps when the computer will accept anything from .6v to 1.2v at idle?

I am just wondering how this is helpful?

TPS problems can also be in the grounds or somewhere in the signal wire. Just swapping out for a new tps and having the same problem does not mean that the TB is bad.
I don't understand that logic.

Just because the ecm will accept the voltage input doesn't mean it's correct. The optimal setting for the tps is .95-.99 of a volt. If it's reading to high or low, it changes other setting in the system to try and compensate for it. The manufacturers making the aftermarket tps's tolerances are not always what they should be. So instead of getting a new tps that reads the same, the adjustable piece on the t/b makes it easier to set w/o having to enlongate the mounting holes on the new tps.
