Default Hood pins?

Well ive been having problems with my hood poping up during driving so I got 2 sets of hood pins, the first set (on car) or the shiny poliched steel. The others ones are getting powder coated glossy black. Im still waiting for them.

I like the hoodpins, but I think some black ones would look killer.

I've never liked hood pins but if your hood is trying to escape from the car because it is afraid of the beast underneath it.... I'd chain it down

I like the polished ones actually, there is such a thing as too much black lol, I think the polished pins look classy with the cobra r's you have on there.

Not a fan!! no need for them if your latch is adjusted properly. I think most ppl like the cosmetic look more than the functionality. I don't like them for either reason. To each their own though!

I like the hood pins, I think I'd stick w/ the polished ones instead of switching to the black ones. I have hood pins on my car and I really like the functionality of it, I have 4 and no latches or hinges so the whole hood comes off and it allows for easy maintenance. but in your case I would recommend just sticking w/ the 2 because 4 may look a little off unless you had the 2 polished ones on the front and the 2 black ones on the back so that you couldn't really tell they were there. then you get the best of both worlds cosmetic and functionality.
