Default selling my 86 pricing opinions?

just like the title says im getting ready to sell my 1986 lx conv. and was wondering what it might be worth nada says in "good" shape its about 5k and in "excellent " about 9k. it is in really good condition besides a tear in the drivers seat and the hydrolic lines being broken. it has lots of new parts including paint, tranny, cobra r hood, bbk intake and lots of little ods and ends. was planning on putting it autotrader and ebay for $4200? what do you guys think too much or just right? any input would be verry helpfull
