RADIATOR CHOICES

I am starting to run really warm in this Texas heat so I have to change something on my cooling system. I went to 5.0resto and they only have the 400.00 + dollar Fluidyne radiators...I am sure they are good but 400.00 is a lot of dough....

I saw Summit had universal ones for 175.00 and there are few other brands as well that are cheaper. I also saw fans that would help as well........black magic and a 107.00 (jegs)one that a few guys mentioned on here. I don't know which way to go but the heat is robbinh my HP! Its running at the "L" on the NORMAL range so I am needing some help!!!

Any ideas!

Remember, you get what you pay for. I would not use a "universal" piece. The fluidine is a great piece. Are you sure you need a rad and not a t-stat?

No......T-stat is good.........I may just take the radiator out and see if a flush will help.

My coolant looks good though. You think it could still be clogged? Seems like the ones I have seen in the past have had some rusting the radiator?

The car is not too far from stock but I am running 16* of timing..........
