yea just woundering how much HP will a 86LX tranny handle it and auto and if i have to upgrade do u sugget i should make it and standerd or stick with auto and get up grade im planing on running about close to 400HP or a lil over

stick with a stock tranny or get a C4 automatic. I have seen C4'as handle 800HP contact DEAN at Translab he has been messing with tranny since the 70's deanmason@juno.com is his email tell him what your looking and what direction your plans r for your car and he will tel you exactly wahts best for your car . His shift kits and valvebodies are great
