my mustang wont crank over. a buzzing sound is coming
from the starter area but will not crank over at all. i have
pulled the starter and had it tested that is fine, the battery
is strong"red top optima.i replaced the solenoid "fenderwell"
i also replaced the ignition module under the steering wheel
i have the battery in the trunk with a new 130 amp alternator.
should i replace the coil next ?? any ideas are welcomed

Instead of continuing to waste money throwing parts at it, correctly diagnose it or take it somewhere that can. Have you checked all the connections? Are you sure the battery is fully charged? Will it start by jumping it?

hmm try tapping the starter with a hammer and see if it'll crank over. that's something my uncle used to do to get a bad started going. i'd say if it starts after that, then it's def the starter.
