Lightning....is turbo or blower?
Had a red lightning come next to me today.............(how coincidental it was on my way to pick up my GT with the 4.10s newly installed).
I know I could not hang since I am basically stock but he was wanting to run my wifes Tahoe at 7:30 AM?? WTF......
Anyway I heard the turbo/blower but not sure which it was? It sounded bad ***.............
What do they run and what kind of injection do they have??? Just curious If could have beat him on my way back with the Stang...............

ya im pretty sure kenne bell just takes eatons and just beefs em up a bit. im not sure that its eaton, but they do build their blower around an already produced blower.

They are actual Eaton blowers. I had a 2000. Pop the hood on one, the Eaton tag is on the front of the thing.

No its a roots, Lighting have a eaton roots type blower. It couldnt be a turbo because there no manifold out for it yet. Unless there use a stock 5.4 truck manifold which is crap.

The supercharger is a Roots-type Eaton Corporation Generation IV model that sits atop the intake system.
